i'm not what sure each of these things means...
but i want to understand how to...

loose the chains of injustice

untie the cords of the yoke,

set the oppressed free

and break every yoke

share your food with the hungry

provide the poor wanderer with shelter

when you see the naked, clothe him,

don't turn away from your own flesh and blood.

honestly, it's probably a lot more obvious (the intent of the words) than i give it credit for....
